Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Giveaway Manager. Use of this platform is void where prohibited by applicable law, including but not limited to jurisdictions where sweepstakes or prize promotions are restricted or prohibited.

Giveaway Manager provides software tools that enable operators to run on-chain giveaways. Giveaway Manager is not the sponsor or promoter of any individual giveaway. Each operator is solely responsible for ensuring that their giveaway complies with all applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where they operate.

No purchase is necessary to enter any giveaway hosted on this platform. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for each giveaway. Giveaways are void where prohibited by law.

Operators are responsible for: (a) the legal compliance of their giveaways in all applicable jurisdictions; (b) prize fulfillment; (c) any applicable tax reporting or withholding obligations; and (d) ensuring their giveaway rules are clearly communicated to participants.

Prizes are delivered via on-chain smart contracts on the Solana blockchain. Giveaway Manager is not liable for on-chain failures beyond commercially reasonable retry efforts. In the event of a persistent failure, Giveaway Manager will make reasonable efforts to notify the affected operator and coordinate resolution.

Giveaway Manager may automatically exclude entries from wallet addresses that match entries on applicable government sanctions lists, including the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) Specially Designated Nationals list. Exclusion of a sanctioned address does not affect the eligibility of other participants.

Prize receipts may constitute taxable income under applicable law. Winners are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes owed on prizes received. Giveaway Manager does not provide tax advice. Consult a qualified tax professional regarding your obligations.

The platform is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Giveaway Manager does not guarantee uptime, availability, or the timing of prize releases.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Giveaway Manager’s total liability to any operator arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount paid by that operator in subscription fees during the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Giveaway Manager may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
